Job Summary

  • The Benefits Communications Professional primarily develops and executes clear, engaging, and effective communications that help employees understand and fully utilize their healthcare and benefits programs.
  • This role develops clear, timely internal and external communications with a focus on Benefits topics for UPS employees and their families.
  • The role serves as a project manager on select initiatives, collaborates closely with Benefits, HR, Communications teams and external vendors, and helps ensure benefits communication programs are operating as intended and meeting business objectives.

  • Experience managing multiple projects
