Salary
Base: $6,900.30 - $11,275.00 monthly; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus or incentive plan; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) match, and inclusive enhancements

Must-have
5+ years progressive experience in procurement
Leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Supporting new facility launches or large-scale builds
Strong financial acumen for inventory investment
Advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with automated processes like TRN and FFT
Collaboration with Warehouse Design teams
High level of communication and presentation capability
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
Data-driven recommendation capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in procurement or inventory planning
Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives without direct authority
