Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our Adult PHP program delivering high quality group and individual psychotherapy using evidence informed approaches for patients experiencing acute and complex behavioral health needs.
Provides initial assessment and develops plan of care according to TN Department of Mental Health, The Joint Commission and CMS Best Practice Guidelines and within the scope of their license by the Tennessee Health Related Boards.
