This job is responsible for implementing strategic and comprehensive real estate construction project management services in support of corporation's business needs.
Manages and implements the Corporation's real estate occupancy strategies via formal project management project.
Responsible for evaluating and approving any change orders (target >3% of overall contract).

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, finance or related field
3 years of experience in Project management
3 years of experience in corporate or commercial real estate
Valid PA State Driver's License
Master's Degree (Preferred)
5 years of experience in Project management (Preferred)
