Job Summary
The Respiratory Care Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations of the respiratory department, including patient care and clinic/unit business processes.
As part of the UAMS Respiratory Care leadership team, Respiratory Care Manager provides expertise as a consultant, educator, clinician, and role model promoting the development of professional standards and improvement of quality patient care.

Key Requirements

Three (3) or more years of Respiratory Care experience
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license
Current Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Therapy Practitioner (LRTP)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
