Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
3+ years QA testing or automation experience
Understanding of electromagnetics and electronics principles
Experience with C and Python programming
Ability to design electrical boards or mechanical fixtures
Nice-to-have
Experience in motion control and robotics fields
Proficiency in LabView development platforms
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good time management and communication skills
