Job Summary
The Governance and Service Management Global Lead is responsible for managing the Global Business Services (GBS) relationship with the Managed service provider and contract governance.
This role leads change order governance, contract updates, negotiations, and coordinates the governance structure with the MSP, including various meeting cadences.
The position also owns the interaction and customer relationship with key Caterpillar segment stakeholders and serves as the Finance@work (ServiceNow) Product Owner.
