Base: $75,000 - $111,100; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems
Ability to perform root cause analysis for failures
Experience with product and process improvement projects
Nice-to-have
Proactive insight into technical challenges
Strong written and oral communication skills
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environments
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles

Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering
