Closely monitor on the market/channel performance, analyze variations from plan and recommend and implement remedial action as appropriate.
Lead the cross functions collaboration such as sales, trade marketing, regulatory, demand planning, logistic etc. to push through the process to ensure the integrated execution of the plans.
