Job Summary
Act as a strategic partner for BU and plant leadership, steering key financial decisions through strong commercial insight and financial leadership.
Lead all financial planning cycles (budgeting, rolling forecasting, long‑term planning) for BU and plant Hamburg and drive profitability through margin analysis, pricing strategy, and manufacturing analytics.

Key Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration
At least 5 years experience in Controlling, FP&A or finance business partnering
Industrial / manufacturing environment experience

Effective verbal and written communication in German and English
