Job Summary
This role is responsible in assisting in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facility’s social service programs.
Assist residents in achieving the highest practicable level of self care, independence and well being.
Provide consultation to members of our staff, community agencies, etc., in efforts to solve the needs and problems of the resident through the development of social service programs.
