• The Senior Director, Technical provides strategic leadership and operational management for the Technical Department within FMW, encompassing a wide range of integrated technical operations.
• Key responsibilities include developing and executing Technical Department strategy, championing operational excellence, overseeing quality and regulatory compliance, leading innovation and commercialization, and managing master data and technical systems.
• The role requires leading the Technical department, including direct management of key reports, providing strategic direction, mentoring, and fostering a high-performing team culture, while partnering with EHS for safe work practices and environmental sustainability.
