Job Summary

  • This role leads other business analysts, operational subject matter experts, and external consultants with the implementation and optimization of financial management, enterprise resource planning, human resource management and timekeeping/scheduling systems.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years with Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or Strata (preferred)
  • Extensive, large scale enterprise implementation experience (preferred)
  • Comprehensive understanding of business, healthcare, and strategic operations (preferred)
