Key Requirements
Formal qualification in Workplace Health & Safety
Experience in similar industry or operational, multi-site environment
Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Safety field
Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build capability
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to influence decisions
Experience implementing safety systems and culture improvement initiatives
Solid experience managing incident response, reporting, and investigations
Ability to build strong, trusted working relationships
