Pfizer Venezuela S.A. is seeking a Canada Compliance Director who will lead compliance initiatives, promote a culture of integrity, and assess and mitigate risks across business units. The role requires extensive experience in compliance and risk management, along with strong analytical and communication skills in both English and French.

Job Summary
The Canada Compliance Lead will serve as the primary compliance advisor to the Canada leadership team, supporting a culture of quality and integrity and the assessment and mitigation of risks across all business units.
The Compliance Lead drives the identification and effective management of key risk areas in collaboration with business leadership and local risk management functions, and provides oversight, strategic direction, and operational support for the implementation of all elements of an effective compliance program.
Currently, our employees are expected to be on-site 2.5 -3 days per week blending on-site collaboration and connection with off-site remote working when it makes business sense to do so.
