Job Summary

  • The Workday Success Plans Team creates programs to help customers drive business value from their Workday applications, ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments.
  • Responsible for acting as a trusted Workday advisor, you will assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot and guide customers through configuration, and provide feature demonstrations.
  • Workday offers a flexible work approach combining in-person and remote work, with at least half of the time each quarter spent in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners.
