Job Summary

  • Serve as the go-to legal contact for NiCE's HR department on all employment-related matters, from day-to-day questions to complex legal situations.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations, and flag emerging legal developments that may affect the business.
  • Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters including, but not limited to, ADA accommodation requests, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, and restrictive covenant enforcement.
