Must-have
Valid current RN license required
Assess physical and behavioral health needs

Administer medications accurately
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff
Document patient status and treatment
Nice-to-have
Experience in behavioral health environment preferred
Certified in Psychiatric Nursing preferred
One or more years clinical experience preferred
Participate in therapy groups and family meetings
Educate clients and families on conditions
Key Requirements
Graduation from an approved school of nursing
Valid current RN license from state or compact state
Preferred: Experience in behavioral health/addiction recovery
