  • As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical architect and lead developer for the HCM integration workstream, driving end-to-end project implementation and delivery.

Primary Location Base: $117,000 USD - $175,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

  • 5+ years Workday HCM integration experience
  • 8+ years technical ERP experience
  • 4+ years consulting as Advisory Lead or Architect

  • Familiarity with AI concepts, LLM, MCP integration
