Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years experience for Level 3 role
  • 9+ years experience for Level 4 role
  • Strong cross-functional integration skills
  • Experience with ARP4754, ARP4761, Mil-Std-882E
  • Proven ability to lead projects to closure

Nice-to-have

  • Previous aerospace product safety experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise SMS development
  • Familiarity with 14 CFR Part 5 requirements
  • Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to influence safety culture at all levels

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, physics, math, data science, or computer science
  • Level 3: 5+ years related work experience
  • Level 4: 9+ years related work experience
