Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
  • Responsibilities include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, care plan and assessment, and budget and planning.
  • The position requires a Nursing Degree or graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program, a current unencumbered license, and CPR certification.
