The Division Chief is responsible for the daily operations of EMS including the supervision and development of division members.
They direct the activities of operations to include scheduling, department operational readiness, system status monitoring, quality assurance and other operational support as assigned by Department Senior Leadership.

Key Requirements
Five years experience as EMS provider
Three years experience as front-line paramedic
Current Paramedic Certification Kansas Board of EMS
Valid Kansas Driver’s License
PALS within 90 days
ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700 & 800 within two years
