Base: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and potential long term incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Must-have
Hardware design and integration processes
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Power, RF, and fiber optics signal knowledge
Test planning and verification processes
Troubleshooting and hardware modifications
Technical documentation and reporting
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights

Experience with Python unittest and pytest
Familiarity with Jenkins and Gitlab
RF and electrical testing tools experience
Linux/RHEL bash scripting and CICD pipelines
Complex system architectures knowledge

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years experience or Master's with 3+ years
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Experience understanding requirement impacts on hardware design
