Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction investigations.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Demand Master Plan, coordinating with plant operations for scheduling and delivery, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings.
  • Provides timely reports to support Clients, Sales, Marketing, and Operations on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.
