Job Summary

• The Sr. Program Director plays a key role on the center’s leadership team, shaping and executing strategic goals while directing the full lifecycle of executive education programs.
• Responsible for the development, direction, and facilitation, of executive education programs, consulting engagements, action research, and relationship management for custom clients.
• Supervises and directs client engagement and program director staff, along with the activities of engagement teams.
