Salary
Base: $47,400-$71,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Target incentive based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, pension, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Field-based pest control work
Use of handheld computerized equipment
Flexible scheduling with overnight shifts
Driving company vehicle for job duties
Wearing respirator and personal protective equipment
Lifting and physical labor up to 50 pounds
Nice-to-have
Customer service experience
Ability to sell value-added products
Previous pest elimination industry experience
Independent work environment
Safety culture and training
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of work or military experience
Current and valid Driver's License
Ability to work overnight shifts
Ability to obtain required pest certification and/or business licensing
Must be 18 years or older
Background check and drug test including THC
No immigration sponsorship available
Work Rights
Must have valid work authorization in the US; background and drug tests required
