Job Summary
Work collaboratively with other disciplines, project managers and design managers on conducting E&M engineering design, analyses and calculations for renovation, A&A works, and new built project in accordance with park design standards and applicable statutory requirements.
Provide technical direction to in-house engineers and designers, and to outside consultants in design production, quality control of working drawings and on-site implementation during construction.
Liaise with Authorities on submission approval and statutory inspections and provide technical support and professional advice on discipline-related issues and code compliance to internal teams of other divisions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Building Services, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in Building Services / Electrical / MVAC / Mechanical Systems design
Experience in construction phase with submittal/shop drawing review process and on-site field inspections
Experience in different scale projects
Professional Registration with Corporate membership of relevant professional institutions
