Job Summary
This position provides organization, planning, direction and control of maintenance, technical changes/improvements and technical & regulation compliance documentation for a production plant.
The position provides the technical expertise to maintain and continuously improve the technical availability of the plant as well as work to reduce maintenance costs through statistical review and root cause analysis.
Employee is responsible for adhering and practicing the GMP and Food safety procedures and controls implemented within the boundaries of their job function at the Chester site.

Key Requirements
B.S Chemical Engineer or related technical background
5+ years Chemical Plant Experience
5+ years of direct Supervisory experience
Knowledge of ISO Standards
Excellent communication, organization, management and leadership skills
