Key Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Russian/Uzbek
  • Engineering degree mechanical/electrical/instrumentation
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of maintenance
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of preventative maintenance systems, budgeting, planning and cost management
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make good and timely decisions
  • Proven track record of good man management skills
  • Flexibility in terms of changing priorities, workload and working hours
