Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure all resident assessments are completed per guidelines.
The role requires tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and admission/discharge reports.
Candidates must ensure accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments including PPS Medicare, quarterly, annual, and significant change evaluations.
