Key Requirements
5-10 years hands-on mechanical experience
High School Education
Ability to read mechanical blueprints
Basic knowledge of large HP mechanical drive systems
Excellent mechanical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of basic mechanical power transmission components
Knowledge of pumps, valves and piping
Ability to run a Bridgeport, lathe and basic welding skills
