The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all US site-related activities and functions including distribution and manufacturing, both directly and indirectly for 2K Polymer - UK.
Lead and sustain a Zero Incident / World-Class Safety culture, ensuring compliance with all applicable OSHA, EPA, state, and local regulations.
Develop team members using STEP program and other developmental tools.

Key Requirements
College degree in business or engineering, or related experience
Supervisory experience in manufacturing, fabrication and/or machine shop
Lean manufacturing background preferred
Proficient in basic computer skills
ERP/MRP software experience
Ability to manage, direct, and motivate a team
Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
