Job Summary

  • The Program Manager, Campus & Intern Programs is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving GM’s campus engagement strategy and summer internship program.
  • This role involves leading end-to-end campus strategy across priority schools and programs, as well as contributing to the design and delivery of the GM summer internship program.
  • You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs), HR, business leaders, and Program/Track leads to deliver a consistent, scalable, and high-impact early career experience.
