Job Summary

  • You can work full-time or part-time, adapting the schedule to your individual situation, choosing between voice and non-voice customer service roles, and working from home, hybrid, or from one of our offices.
  • You will support customers and answer their questions via phone, webchat, and email, practicing your language skills daily and receiving full support from your Line Manager, dedicated Trainer, and Quality Analyst.
