5+ years of consulting experience
Workshop facilitation for requirements gathering
Client stakeholder relationship management
Translation of business to technical requirements
Solution configuration and implementation
Telco industry product knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience with CPQ or order management systems
Hands-on configuration with Salesforce or ServiceNow
Familiarity with TM Forum standards and APIs
UI/UX design awareness
Mentoring junior analysts
