Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
6-8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Advanced proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN)
Deep understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping
Experience facilitating Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
Working knowledge of industrial controls including PLCs, HMIs, and servo systems
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges
