Design and develop learner-centered training solutions for onboarding, role-based training, and employee development using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Partner with Global Clinical Operations (GCO) stakeholders and regional Learning Business Partners to assess training needs, align training approaches, and ensure learning solutions meet business goals and regulatory requirements.
Leverage learning technologies like Articulate, Synthesia, and Vyond to create scalable, engaging digital learning solutions and measure training effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Salary
