This role manages trade compliance for Teledyne MEMS, supporting multiple functional areas including contracts, supply chain, engineering, and shipping.
The position requires hands-on experience implementing corporate compliance policies and ensuring adherence to Canadian and U.S. trade regulations including EAR and the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
The job offers a hybrid work schedule with required onsite presence every other week at the Bromont, QC office and occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.

Product classification for import/export
Export permits and import documentation management
Third-party screening and due diligence
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office

Key Requirements
5 to 10 years experience with U.S. EAR and Canadian trade laws
Degree or diploma in commerce, business, or international trade preferred
Eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance
Bilingual English/French strongly preferred
Availability to travel up to 10%, including bi-weekly travel
Occasional extended hours to meet deadlines
