Job Summary

  • The Billing Service Advisor is accountable to resolve Broker billing and payment related service requests to support the achievement of Allstate Canada Group’s short- and long-term Mission, Vision, and Strategic objectives.
  • Respond to and resolve billing and payment inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), including escalations and higher-authority transactions.
