Job Summary
Supports the implementation and day-to-day operation of the Company’s Business Ethics and Integrity (BEI) function, particularly in relation to the Anti-Fraud and Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS).
The role supports monitoring of compliance with internal policies, procedures and applicable regulations and provides operational assistance in areas such as integrity monitoring, whistleblowing system administration, fact-finding investigations, and socialization activities.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.

Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
2–3 years of experience
Experience in Anti-Fraud, ABMS, WBS-handling
Data analytics (MS Excel, SQL, PowerBI)
Knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations
