Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Monthly payroll processing on a mandate basis
Withholding taxes from employee wages
Creating source tax and social security declarations
Experience with SAP or Abacus payroll modules
Strong German and English language skills
Nice-to-have
Proactive communication with clients
Interest in continuous knowledge expansion
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Supporting expatriate payroll calculations
Shadow payroll creation experience
Key Requirements
Completed commercial training preferably in trust services
Minimum two years of experience in payroll accounting
Eidgenössischer Fachausweis HR or Social Security (preferred long-term goal)
