Job Summary
This role supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy while adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
The Insurance Coordinator educates dialysis patients on insurance options, assists with applications, and manages insurance information to ensure accurate billing and financial assistance.
Extensive local travel is required to clinics within the region, with mileage reimbursement provided and a valid Driver’s License mandatory.

Key Requirements
2 – 5 years related healthcare experience

Knowledge of Social Work or healthcare focus preferred
