Must-have

  • Build scalable data pipelines
  • Implement data quality frameworks
  • Design and build RESTful APIs
  • Experience with Kafka or Kinesis
  • Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery
  • Proficiency with Apache Airflow or dbt

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Guidewire or Duck Creek
  • Familiarity with data cataloging tools
  • Understanding of insurance regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Experience managing enterprise database platforms
  • Strong experience with Azure or AWS
  • Solid coding skills in Python and SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
