Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Troubleshoot extrusion processes and equipment
  • Operate extrusion line equipment
  • Perform mechanical/dimensional tests
  • Support validation of new products
  • Construct, calibrate, test, and maintain equipment
  • Work from schematics, drawings, and instructions

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of GMP and medical device manufacturing
  • Experience with tooling, fixtures, and inventory
  • Understanding of Lean principles and EHS
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with plastics processing or extrusion
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Limited travel for training
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
