Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in EPC environment
Experience in T&D, STATCOM, Power Gen or Oil & Gas industries
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to travel up to 20% within MEA and Europe
Nice-to-have
Experience managing externally subcontracted design work packages
Knowledge of multi-disciplinary team project management processes
Familiarity with transmission or distribution industry standards
Proven track record in technical problem solving
Experience with engineering platform coordination meetings
