Rolls-Royce Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Project Systems Business Execution in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the power generation sector and will be responsible for ensuring execution excellence across a complex portfolio of projects
Job Summary
Hold overall execution accountability for the Asia Pacific Project Systems Business project portfolio and ensure all projects are executed in accordance with established governance frameworks.
Drive disciplined execution to deliver projects on schedule, within approved budgets, and in line with contractual and technical specifications, while identifying and converting change order opportunities.
Lead regular execution and portfolio review meetings with project teams, providing direction, guidance, and coaching, and prepare monthly execution status and portfolio performance reports to senior management.
