Job Summary

• Provide legal assistance related to Treasury, Foreign Exchange, and Securitization products, structures, and negotiations, involving derivatives, repurchase agreements, foreign exchange, structured loan and financing operations, FIDCs, among other Global Markets operations.
• Supervise external law firms, analyze documentation observing regulatory requirements and internal policies to advise the business area in compliance, and draft contracts, letters, and other instruments necessary to meet structures or strategies related to products.
• Evaluate risks during decision-making processes related to business, demonstrating special attention to the company's reputation and the protection of Citi, its clients, and assets by promoting compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
