Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of administrative experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of administrative experience
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Managing multiple calendars across time zones
  • Experience working across organizations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with expense management systems
