Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science
Experience with Sysmex XN Automated Hematology Analyzer
Proficiency in high-volume reference laboratory settings
Ability to troubleshoot instrument malfunctions
Capability to lift up to 50lb and stand for extended periods
Nice-to-have
ASCP or NCA certification as a Medical Technologist
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Detail-oriented and reliable work ethic
Experience with CellaVision Digital Hematology
Experience with Clinitek Novus Analyzer
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Medial Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science
Completion of supervised clinical internship in an approved hospital laboratory
ASCP or NCA certification preferred
Military Medical Laboratory Specialist experience (50+ weeks) accepted as alternative
Proficiency with specific clinical analyzers like Beckman Coulter Chemistry Analyzer
