The Director, Metrics Strategy and Reporting will create a strategy for how to use metrics to drive change, update the suite of metrics for cybersecurity, technology risk, and developer quality, and drive the implementation of those metrics to effect systemic change.
Responsibilities include developing suites of metrics across technology, technology risk, and cybersecurity domains, aligning with industry frameworks, and engaging stakeholders across the first, second, and third lines of defense.
This role involves overseeing the development of various reports, such as the quarterly Board memo and presentations to senior and executive management, as well as external audiences.

Salary
Base: $209,500 - $286,900; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits
